Emergency care

If you think you have a medical or psychiatric emergency, immediately call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. Do not attempt to access emergency care through this website.

Kaiser Permanente members are covered for emergency care worldwide. Notify us if you are admitted to a hospital following an emergency. You, your doctor, or another responsible person must call the Kaiser Permanente medical advice line to notify us of your admission. By notifying us of your hospitalization, you allow us to consult with the physician providing your care and coordinate further medical care, if necessary.
